Q. How do I become a member of Boot Ranch?
A. When you buy property at Boot Ranch you become a Resident Member, as the cost of membership is included in the real estate purchase. If you buy a share in a Sunday House, you become a Sunday House Member and enjoy membership privileges while in residence at a Sunday House or in a Member Lodge Suite. The third option is Non-resident Membership which is $100,000. This category is currently fully subscribed but you can add your name to our waiting list.
