GOLF COURSE & LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE – Be part of one of the leading Agronomy teams in the industry, helping maintain one of the top courses in Texas. Duties include the operation of utility vehicles, mowers, tractors, and other grounds equipment. Maintenance of finely-manicured turf, bunkers, landscape plant material, tree trimming, and setup of the golf course. Full time and part-time positions available.

FOOD & BEVERAGE – The Food and Beverage team is looking for individuals that thrive in fast-paced environments and have great communication skills. Positions include: 

• Line Cook : Minimum of 3 years experience in an upscale restaurant environment. Ability to work all stations (grill, pantry, sauté, wood fire pizza). Great growth potential due to the rapidly growing club membership. 
• Dish/Prep Cook: A hard-working, clean, detail-oriented person required. Basic knife skills and the ability to follow basic recipes. Growth opportunities for those looking to further their skills in hospitality.
• Dishwashers/Busser: All shifts are available. Full and part-time opportunities. Experience not required.
• Hostess: Excellent social and organization skills required for greeting and seating members in various fine and casual dining venues at Boot Ranch. Part-time opportunities available. Above-market base wages plus good tip potential.
• Servers: Excellent social skills required for serving discerning private club members in various fine and casual dining venues at Boot Ranch. All shifts are available. Full and part-time opportunities. Above-market base wages plus good tip potential.
• Bartender:  Excellent social skills and organization skills required. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

GOLF OPERATIONS   – The Golf Team is looking for individuals who are hard-working, communicative, detail-oriented. We are looking to add the following positions to our team: 

• Outside Golf Services: Work in Cart Barn, assist with Valet services, help marshal the Golf Course, upkeep practice facilities, golf cart maintenance. 
• Valet: Welcome Members and Guests to the Club. Assist with vehicle parking, to-go order from the restaurant, assist golfers with their bags.

HOUSEKEEPING – The housekeeping team at Boot Ranch is looking for hard-working, detail-oriented team players to join the staff. Full-time opportunities available, offering competitive wages.

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE – Our Facilities Maintenance team helps maintain many aspects of the Club. We are looking for hard-working individuals to help with general repair and maintenance including, but not limited to,  plumbing, heating & cooling, and electrical work.  Full-time positions available. Our Facilities team is also looking to add a Part-Time Pool Technician.

MEMBER SERVICES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – At Boot Ranch, the Member Services team is responsible for assisting Members and their Guests with any questions or issues they have. Responsibilities of this position include, scheduling and organizing reservation, maintain Jonas and Outlook Calendars, communicate to staff on arrivals and departures, upkeep of Lodge Rooms, check in/out guests, and maintain Spa appointments and schedule.

MASSAGE THERAPIST   –  Boot Ranch is looking for contract Massage Therapists for our ReStore Spa. 

LOCKER ROOM ATTENDANT  – The Men's Locker Room Attendant is responsible for greeting and assisting Members and their Guests as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the locker room. Attendants will clean and put away Member's golf equipment, serve food and beverage in the Men's Locker Room Grill, upkeep the steam room, showers, grill and locker area. 

GUARD HOUSE ATTENDANT  – Guard House Attendants are responsible for greeting and providing directions to Members and their Guests. Attendants will keep record of Guests visiting Boot Ranch, gain knowledge of the property and be able to guide Members and Guests where they need to be. This individual should be friendly, organized, and alert. 

RANCH CLUB & LAKE CLUB  – The Ranch Club and Lake Club at Boot Ranch are looking for energetic, friendly, and hard-working individuals to add to the team. The following positions are available: 

• Life Guard 
• Attendant 
• Events & Activities Staff
