Interest in real estate at Boot Ranch has increased significantly since last August when the new ownership team of Terra Verde Group and Wheelock Street Capital arrived. The Boot Ranch Realty team has expanded to serve prospective members attracted by new property releases and a vibrant new marketing program.

Boot Ranch sales veteran Sean Gioffre has been joined by Eric Metzger and Mark Yarborough, both of whom have extensive experience at top-tier private communities, and by sales assistant Mallori Linscomb who was previously with Member Services.

Sean Gioffre was recruited by Boot Ranch founder Hal Sutton in 2006 to launch the real estate sales and marketing program. He had previously spent nine years as a touring golf professional competing throughout the U.S., Latin America, Asia and Canada, and later was marketing and sales director for a technology company. Sean was a collegiate golfer at TCU, and earned his degree in finance.

Eric Metzger brings 20 years of luxury real estate sales experience to Boot Ranch, including such communities as Haig Point (Hilton Head, SC), Mountain Air Country Club (Asheville, NC), Spanish Oaks (Austin, TX) and Cordillera Ranch (Boerne, TX). He has also consulted for real estate developers in Honduras, China and the Bahamas. Eric is a graduate of Clemson University.

Sales director Mark Yarborough has impacted more than $2.5 billion in real estate sales at high-profile residential communities such as Ocean Club Residences & Marina (Paradise Island, Bahamas), Kukui’ula (Kauai, HI), Silverleaf (Scottsdale, AZ), Cap Cana (Dominican Republic), The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton (Dallas, TX and Marana, AZ), and Carlton Woods (The Woodlands, TX). He is a former partner at IMI and Traditions Management and has enjoyed long-term relationships with esteemed developers in the luxury market.
