A Distinguished Club for You to Join.
Boot Ranch offers full golf memberships, with privileges to all Ranch Club amenities such as the resort pools, spa, fitness center and more. Non-golfers can choose to join the Ranch Club exclusively at a favorable rate. The equity golf memberships are limited by charter to 375. Owners retain title to the golf membership, and play the appropriate role in club governance. The Golf Club is open to non-owners as well as Boot Ranch owners, but owners retain priority for memberships, and also enjoy preferred joining rates at closing. Ranch Club membership is only available to Boot Ranch owners, and is also offered at a preferred rate at closing.
