Sunday House owners have a one-eighth deeded interest in a luxurious, fully furnished second home and enjoy multi-generational club membership privileges while in residence. Eight families share the operating costs and divide the use of their property, averaging 40 nights each year. Many Sunday House owners eventually choose to buy a lot and build a home a Boot Ranch to enjoy unlimited access.
Shares are currently available in Sunday Houses 8, 9 and 10 which are being built between the Ranch Club and Hole 9A of the golf course. The main gathering house in these 4,500 square-foot homes includes a great room with fireplace and high vaulted ceiling, a dining area that seats 10, a lavishly equipped kitchen, a utility room with owner lockers, a downstairs master suite and upstairs bunk room.
