In 19th century Fredericksburg, the German settlers working on rural farms erected Sunday Houses for overnight stays on their weekly travels into town for supplies and church attendance. At Boot Ranch, our historically inspired Sunday Houses offer members a luxurious, fully furnished second home to enjoy an average of 40 nights each year. Each new Sunday House is a five bedroom compound designed by Hill Country architect Don McDonald with award-winning interiors by Donna Figg. These homes provide an ideal balance of privacy and community for family, friends or business guests. Eight owners divide the use and operating cost of each Sunday House, and enjoy multi-generational Club membership privileges whenever they are in residence at a Sunday House or Lodge Suite.
Our newest offering, Sunday House 10, is located between the Ranch Club and Metzger Park. This 4,500 square-foot home features 2 master suites, 2 guest cottage suites, a bunk room, a play lawn and fire pit.
