Sunday Houses
Modern Refinement of a Classic.
The term 'Sunday House' was coined by the original settlers of Fredericksburg, Texas who built small houses to stay in when they left their farms and ranches and came into town to attend Sunday services. At Boot Ranch, this concept has been adapted to offer a luxurious fractional ranch retreat. Each of our Sunday Houses features a compound of five buildings clustered around a central courtyard?4 individual bedroom suites and a central great room with a chef's kitchen. This combination of community and privacy is ideal for extended families, groups of friends or business associates. Fractional ownership is offered in 1/8 shares that allow each owner plenty of time to enjoy ranch living.
