Golf Digest Names Boot Ranch Course to America's Top Ten
Boot Ranch was rated among the nation's top ten new private golf courses in Golf Digest magazine's highly competitive annual survey - America's Best New Private Courses. Golf Digest has been ranking courses for almost a quarter-century, and the January 2008 issue judged on everything from shot values, design variety, difficultly and aesthetics. Designed by PGA golf great Hal Sutton, and with just one year to its credit, the Championship Golf Course at Boot Ranch was ranked number 10 by 800 golfers - Golf Digest's largest panel to date.
"Winning this prestigious honor with my first course design is an incredible feat of which I am both proud and grateful. However, this success is the direct result of a great team effort, and must be attributed to our amazing staff and members at Boot Ranch," said Sutton.
