The 55,000-square-foot Clubhouse Village, nearing construction completion, will consist of 6 individual structures located on top of a 2,000 foot elevation bluff with spectacular long distance views from every back porch. The already completed Grill has become the social hub of Boot Ranch. Here members enjoy excellent food served in comfort and style. Sumptuous separate locker rooms, grills and lounges are provided for men and women as well as graciously appointed formal and informal dining venues. For the convenience of members, two Member's Lodges will be located here in the Village. There will be a total of ten, five-star, guest rooms which can be rented individually or combined for large parties. Also located in the Clubhouse Village is the Golf Shop which offers the very latest in custom fit golf equipment, attire as well as selected gift items, and a wonderful outdoor pavilion.
